AHHHH me a new song?? Yeah I've done it. I'm working on music here and there and this song is light airy and reminds me of a rainy day. ill post it up tonight. So far work has been busy!!!! cruising... phew... I don't think i could take a cruise after talking it up soooo much!!! I'm afraid i will be let down! haha. New Leaf

Well today i came to realize that i need to turn yet another leaf to better my life. I have decided to make a dedication to the gym and also to going back to school. YES school!!! im excited and worried as well haha i haven't been back in school forever!! so im going to post a few school oriented songs and maybe one to work out too again. ENJOY!!! sorry for no long explanations just need to get the school stuff done!!!

The Day Before The End of The Year we Called 08"

Well here we are at the end of an amazing year. Of course the huge news of Barack Obama being elected our commander and chief tops the list in my eyes. It was a year that went by too fast but they seem to go faster every year. I wonder what is too come in 2009 and also look back at how old i was 10 years ago and notice that i really don't remember much. I do know that in that time i did learn a lot and experienced a lot of things that i learned from that have made me who i am now 10 years later. The world changes on a daily basis and we can be assured that it will keep changing more and more no matter what. We all have to learn from the things we encounter in life and strive to live our lives to the fullest. I know i seem to be going on and on and on but i feel that a nice end of the year rant will be a nice way to end this post. Oh by the way i did say i wanted to make this a music blog now and i will be putting up a few songs as well (4 to be exact)

First off we have A Change Is Gonna Come by Sam Cooke. This song gave me chills the first time i heard it and was amazed to hear the reason behind why Sam Cooke did this song. It goes in the way of Sam Cooke being moved by Bob Dylans "Blowin' in the Wind" and wondered why such a powerful song about racism in America could come from someone who was white. Sam Cooke then wrote the first draft of A Change is Gonna come oh his tour bus in 1963. Enjoy!

Next we have a little tune by Trent Reznor some may remember it from the album "The downward spiral" called The Becoming. This cut is from the double album "And All That Could Have Been". I happen to enjoy the mix of this version more because of the acoustic guitar and piano matching perfectly yet letting the vocals still keep the intensity. Check it out!

Ok now we have some soul POWER! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! The hardest working man in show business!!!!! Mr. James Brown! This tune titled "Its a Mans World" This song might sound like its a song praising men but the line "nothing without a woman or a girl." shoes honest truths to how our world really is. This song also was co written by a females by the name of Betty Jean Newsome. Hope you dig it!

Last but not least is a song that might be nice to listen to on Monday morning on your drive to work. It's called Monday By a band from Australia Called The Living End. This song has great energy and just kind of has that "bleh" feeling you have on Mondays but also that little boost that you need to get through the day. Hope you enjoy it like i do on Mondays!

Getting into it!!!

Well Merry Christmas everyone!!!!! I know its a day late and i say everyone as if a lot of people read this blog!!! Well maybe one day. Well I had a GREAT Christmas will all my loved ones. Christmas eve was at my house with my moms family which was great fun! I got a lot of nice things like a new Sirius radio for my car and clothes from my parents. Also some gift cards to various places too!

Christmas day was spent mostly at home cleaning up from the night before. Our tree was a bit dry and we had to take it out today but it was nice to spend Christmas morning with my parents. Later in the afternoon I went to my girlfriends house were I gave her some PJ's that she is sleeping in right now! Hope there comfy!!! My girlfriend gave me a hand made scarf, a new case for my ipod, a nice warm sweater (which ill be wearing to work tomorrow!!!), a little toy that i can paint myself (which i am really looking forward to!) and a memory box for us to both work on. I'll post pics once i resize them.

I'm hoping to put up a few songs every now and then for anyone who reads this blog to listen to. I'll Put small descriptions on each song and why i like it and so forth. HOPE YOU DIG IT!!

First off this song is by Nas. Now, now!!! I know people who know me don't expect me to like hip-hop but believe me there is some amazing stuff out there!!! This happens to be my favorite song from nas' album "Illmatic" Just amazing lyrics and a GREAT sample. My hats off to this song! Next is an amazing song by Gotam Project called Round About Midnight. This track features Chet Baker and is just... a joy to listen to. Pure feeling and just amazing musicians making amazing music! Next is a Classic song from The Smiths called "This Charming Man". Now i know a lot of people have heard this song but take a listen to it when it's from a John Peel session!! And Last but not least a song by Mr. Flash. This song is great! Its a song that makes u want to say "YEAH!!" once it drops. Great song to listen to in your car REALLY loud or to work out to! I can see someone running to this song in a 80's movie. Well at work again... Looks like I'm WAYYY ahead of my work and i will hopefully get ahead today!! Its almost Christmas and i spent a LOT of time in the mall this weekend. I actually did get mad at this woman at Macys when she cut the line in front of me and just seemed to not care and was oblivious to the world!!!! She looked me up and down and just had this look on her face of disgust as if she is the best thing in the world.... Some people just know how to kill someone's mood huh? I got all of my Christmas shopping done BUT.... i did have to pay about 270$ for my brakes to get done!!! So basically... I'm broke... BUT i do have enough to buy gas for the rest of this pay period at work. I'm looking forward to giving the gifts to my family, its always gratifying to see them open gifts i picked out just for them! Well that's all for now. Maybe ill write again if i get wayyyy too ahead in my work.

Today is Friday. I've been out of work for a few days now because of all the snow in my previous entries. It was still hard this morning to drive because of all the ice, my small car had to go about 10 MPH in a lot of places to not skid, but hey safety first!!!

CALLS CALLS CALLS!!! thats all i have to do all day... 70 is minimum. Its a bit of a stress sometimes but i have kind of a way to meet the goal CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL.... It seems to work pretty well. We just got our approved holiday greetings to our customers, I'll end this entry with one of them.

Should be a very nice night tonight, chilly and cold.... I'm really glad winter is here but not happy that i need to get my breaks done tomorrow... Loosing my ATM card doesn't help at all either. And don't forget Christmas shopping!!!!!!!!

The auto bail out... A good idea?? I'm not sure... One thing i can say is that my Grandmother would be effected allot...
And did u hear about the first face transplant in the U.S.!?!?!?!?! Kind of scary that they say it will become usual to do in a few years... How weird to think that u can pay to look literally like someone else... hmm. Well this is all for now and now as promised. "Have a great Holiday and a Safe New Year!!!!"
